FreshMinistries is proud to share the results of our latest Client Satisfaction Survey for Q4 of FY24–25. Feedback was collected from 277 clients, and we’re thrilled to report:
- 100% of respondents reported satisfaction
- An average satisfaction score of 4.97 out of 5
- Highest ratings in access to care, involvement in treatment, and quality of services
These results are a testament to the dedication and compassion of our team and reflect our unwavering commitment to person-centered care that uplifts and empowers every individual we serve.
We’re also excited to announce that FreshMinistries has been awarded a three-year CARF accreditation—the highest level of accreditation granted by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. This honor recognizes our organization’s commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across all of our programs.
