FreshMinistries is expanding its urban farming operations with the opening of the Weaver Center aquaponics urban farm. The grand opening, which is planned for later this month, continues the nonprofit’s exciting journey into sustainable farming with the revolutionary technique of aquaponics. This innovative approach integrates aquaculture and hydroponics to create a symbiotic ecosystem where fish and plants thrive together, producing fresh, nutritious food in a harmonious environment.
