Weaver Center for Community Outreach
The Weaver Center grew out of a dream to improve the community. It serves as a harbor for community youth; a place they can go to pursue a brighter future through mentoring and our Fresh Futures and Fresh Path programs. Our Lifepoint Career Institute moved from Beaver Street to the Weaver Center in January 2015. In 2017, we launched our 6,000-square-foot aquaponics facility at the Weaver Center. The Weaver Center provides a community connection to:
- Computer Lab
- Fresh Path and Fresh Futures youth programs
- Employment leads
- Event Space
- Job training courses

URBAN FARMING - AQUAPONICS
We have recently launched an aquaponics training facility at the Weaver Center for Community Outreach.
The agribusiness functions around state-of-the-art climate resilient greenhouse farming in areas that import nearly all of their food.
We welcome donations to support adding aquaponics to our LifePoint curriculum.
