Mpumalanga Aquaponics Facility: A Model for Sustainable Agriculture in South Africa
August 28, 2025We were absolutely thrilled to open our doors and welcome Florida State Senator Darryl Rouson, Christine Cauffield, CEO of LSF Health Systems, Natalie Kelly, CEO of the Florida Association of Managing Entities, and Shelley Katz, COO of LSF Health Systems, for an inspiring tour of our Weaver Center and aquaponics facility.
The visit was more than just a walk-through—it was a chance to shine a light on the life-changing work happening every day within our programs. Senator Rouson, a steadfast advocate for mental health initiatives, saw firsthand the impact that these efforts are making in the lives of young people and families. His words of encouragement reminded us why this work matters so deeply and how essential it is to continue building pathways toward wellness, empowerment, and opportunity.
The presence of leaders like Christine Cauffield, Natalie Kelly, and Shelley Katz underscored the power of collaboration. Their dedication and the support of organizations like LSF Health Systems have been instrumental in fueling our mission and helping us reach more individuals who need hope, healing, and a chance to thrive.
Every seed planted, every program launched, and every life touched is part of a greater vision: creating a healthier, stronger, and more resilient community for all. Having champions such as Senator Rouson and these remarkable leaders walk alongside us reminds us that we are not in this work alone.
We are profoundly grateful for their visit, their leadership, and their unwavering commitment to building a brighter tomorrow. With partners like these, we are proving that change is possible—that hope can take root and flourish when we nurture it together.
