In the U.S. Virgin Islands, FreshMinistries built Island Fresh, a six-greenhouse aquaponics facility on St. Croix, and handed it to the University of the Virgin Islands in 2025.
It pays a teenager for a summer of real work. It stocks a greenhouse. It puts an adult through job training. Tell us your name and we will tell you exactly where it went.
