Ten weeks of hands-on hospitality training for adults out of work or stuck in work that will not pay the bills. Class ends with a nationally recognized hospitality certification.
LifePoint students at the Weaver Center for Community Outreach.

LifePoint is job training for adults. Some students arrive without work. Others hold a job that will never cover the rent. Ten weeks later they leave with a hospitality certification accredited by the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
Classes meet at the Weaver Center for Community Outreach, in the classroom and on your feet. Students train in customer service, travel and tourism, food and beverage, and the rooms division work that keeps a hotel running.
The program runs ten weeks, hands-on and in the classroom. Students train toward two credentials: First-Line Supervisors of Housekeeping and Janitorial Workers, and Customer Service Representative. Life-skills classes run alongside the trade work. Getting hired is one thing. Keeping the job through a hard month is what we train for.
